Privacy policy

When you send the contact form, we get what you type: your name and phone number, and, if you add them, your email, the job address, the kind of work, how you found us and your message. When you call, text or email us, we get your number or address and what you send.

When you browse the site, standard tools record the visit: which pages were opened, the general area the visit came from (city level), the device and browser, and the website or ad that sent you.

To get back to you, set up a site visit, write a proposal, schedule the work and bill for it. Contact details go into the customer management software we run the business on. Visit numbers tell us which pages and ads lead to calls and form requests.

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your project. Past customers may also get an occasional text about seasonal work. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting that number.

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the software companies we use to run the business (customer management, email, phone and text service, website hosting and analytics), with the crew and subcontractors who need your address and phone number to do your job, and with anyone the law requires us to give it to.

The site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits, Google Ads conversion tracking to see which ads lead to a call or form request, and Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. The Google tools use cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works either way.

Email thomas@liendolandscaping.com or call or text (406) 577-6201 and say what you want: a copy of what we have, a correction, or deletion. Invoices and job records are kept as long as tax rules require. Everything else is deleted when you ask.

The site is for adults hiring a contractor. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
